How do I access the customer portal?

Visit and simply enter your email address to be prompted for a one-time PIN for portal access.

What is the difference between Express checkout vs an Active User experience?

Through our Growfin portal, we have an express checkout feature, where you may pay invoices one by one, and you’re unable to save your payment method. If you’d prefer to pay multiple invoices at once, save your bank account or credit card information and enroll in Autopay, you will need to enroll as an active user in our secure payment platform, Versapay.

Things that cannot be done in Express Mode.

  • Save payment methods
  • Set up AutoPay / prepay
  • Apply credits

Things an Active user CAN do:

  • Set a password, security questions and agree to Terms of Use to gain access to the portal
  • Save multiple payment methods
  • Set up AutoPay / prepay
  • Apply credits
How do I become an Active User?

Go to:

  1. Click Create an Account
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Accept the T&C
  4. Click Complete
  5. Click Add your password now
  6. Select Security Questions 1 & 2
  7. Click Complete Sign up
I am an Active User in Versapay, how do I reset my password?

Use the Forgot Password feature on the main page.

I am an Express Pay User, how do I see my Invoice Payment URL via the portal?

This field is hidden upon first login. To show your Payment URL link, click the organize column button on the far right of the screen and select Payment URL. You can move columns up/down to your preference.

I am an active user, I just need to make a payment, can I go straight into my payment account?

What if my email address does not work?

Contact ar@flockfreight.com and we will add your contact information to the account in order to gain access.

How do I view my invoice?

To view an invoice simply click the PDF icon, the invoice will slide out in the PDF viewer.

How do I download my statement of account?

You may download your full customer statement to PDF, CSV or Excel. Simply click the “Statement” button then “Download” and choose your preferred method.

Where can I see my credit line?

Within your customer profile, you will be able to see your existing credit line, available credit line and the credit source.

How do I make an online payment?

Copy the payment URL for the invoice(s) you would like to pay and open in a new window. Enter your credit card or bank account information and click Pay.

How do I select multiple invoices to pay?

Ensure you are signed in as an Active User within VersaPay ". On the main page under invoices, click the checkboxes and click Pay. Choose to review your payment, or click Payment Card or Bank Account.

You may elect to save your payment method for future use.

What credit card types are accepted?

Ҵý accepts Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX

Do I need to pay a fee or surcharge to pay by credit card?

No, there are no additional fees associated with processing payment via credit card.

Can I save my credit card or bank account information on the account for future payments?

Yes, you will need to become an Active User by creating a username and password within our secure VersaPay platform you will be able to manage and maintain your payment methods.

How can I manage my saved payment methods?

Click the arrow next to your name on the top right corner. Click Payment Methods. Here you will be able to manage adding bank accounts, and/or credit card methods.

To add a bank account, click Add Bank Account, complete the required fields, agree to the terms and conditions and click the Add Bank Account button.

To add a credit card, click Add Card, complete the required fields, agree to the terms and conditions and click the Add Bank Account button.

How do I enroll in auto-pay?

Navigate to your payment methods, click the down arrow in the upper right corner, click Payment Methods.

  1. Add your credit card information
  2. Click New next to Autopay
  3. Select your card
  4. Agree to enrollment

Autopay will always charge you upon invoice due date.

Warning: AutoPay will only be attempted once for a given invoice. If there is a

payment failure, then that invoice is no longer eligible for AutoPay and must be

manually paid. This is to prevent things like repeated fees when a payment fails due

to NSF.

How do I view invoices that have previously been paid?

Under the Invoices tab, click “Closed” to see all of your historical invoices..

Where can I view payments I have made?

Under the Payments tab see all historical payments and how these have been applied.

How do I add a new account contact on my account?

Contacts are managed via your Profile page. Under “My Contacts” click the ‘+ Contact’ icon. Enter the new contact information details.

How can I update or modify contact information on my account?

In order to remove a contact from your account profile, email ar@flockfreight.com and our team will take care of it for you.

Where can I locate my Ҵý account rep information?

Located within your account Profile, your designated Accounts Receivable Representative and Account Manager will be listed.

How do I log a dispute online?
  • Click "Raise Dispute"
  • Add Invoices - Select the invoice in question
  • Click the “Refer to a Line Item”
  • Select Line Item of the Invoice
  • Dispute Type - Choose best fit from List of Values
  • Title - Brief issue
  • Description - Provide a detailed reason of why the charge is not valid
  • To add attachments, click “Upload File”
    • You may add supporting documentation here. This is required for LTL accessorial disputes.

How do I view the status of open disputes?

Disputes are easily visible on the invoices tab by viewing the “Invoice Status”. Dispute details can be viewed by navigating to the “Disputes” tab, and selecting the dispute title in question.
